Patient will receive a text to opt-in to the DermaDash Network and confirm personal information, submit, and pay.
Patients with commercial insurance pay $10 for each covered medication or $35 for each uncovered.
Medications are delivered nationwide directly to the patient’s home at no cost and within 2 days of prescription and patient verification.
**Offer only available to patients with commercial insurance. Patient must meet the eligibility requirements of the DermaDash Program, including transfer of their prescription to a DermaDash Network pharmacy to be filled. Most commercially insured patients pay $10. Patients with commercial insurance that does not reimburse in-part or in-full for the DermaDash product(s) pay $35 per product. Patients with commercial insurance that have not met their deductible for coverage of the DermaDash product(s) pay $35 per product. Prescriptions may be filled at any pharmacy of the patient’s choice. The DermaDash Program is only available through DermaDash Network pharmacies. Patient is not eligible for participation in the DermaDash Solutions Program if any portion of the dispensed product is submitted towards state or federally funded programs (i.e., Medicaid, Medicare, Medigap, VA, DOD, or Tricare) or where prohibited by law. DermaDash reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or amend this offer at any time.
